Summer in Fernie makes for a great barbecue opportunity and at the Fernie Writers’ Conference we take full advantage of our location. The barbecue social provides time to share ideas and learn from one another in a social setting. This is also an opportunity for students in the week-long classes to read from their work, and students in the 3 day classes to register and meet their instructors.
